We will gladly accept the return of your NYCeFISHING.com order in its original packaging 10 days after your order is received. Use the contact us button on our website for any further assistance. We will get back to you ASAP.
Restrictions on returns:
Return requests made after 10 days of the items being delivered are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
A 10% restocking fee may be imposed if items are deemed damaged and cannot be resold.

NYCeFISHING.com orders can also be returned by mail within 10 days to one of our warehouses.
A refund for the item will be issued once it has been received.

At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. In these situations, please note that we do not take ownership of the refunded item.
Refunds for orders placed online using your PayPal account and returned to NYCeFISHING warehouse will be applied back to your PayPal account.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
